01Who we are

Sabat Fly is a local SEO and Google Maps ranking service, operated by Sabatak. On this page, "we" means Sabat Fly, and "the client" or "you" means the business or person subscribing to our services.

02Scope of services

We provide the services described on the services page and in the details of your chosen plan, including Google Business Profile setup and optimization, review management, local citations, local content and regular posts.

Any work outside your plan is agreed separately, in writing via WhatsApp or email, before it starts.

03Results and no ranking guarantee

Rankings on Google Search and Google Maps are decided by algorithms owned and controlled solely by Google. For that reason we do not guarantee any specific position, nor a set number of calls or visits.

What we commit to: carrying out every agreed action in line with Google's guidelines, and keeping you informed with regular reports on the work done and how your ranking is moving. Timeframes mentioned on the site (such as "90 days") are estimates and vary with the competition in your area and category.

04Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up-to-date business details: name, address or service area, contact numbers and opening hours.
• Grant us Manager access to your Google Business Profile for the length of the subscription.
• Reply to approval, content and photo requests within a reasonable time, since delays slow results.
• Not ask us for anything that breaks Google's policies, such as fake reviews or misleading information.

05Compliance with Google policies

All our work follows the Guidelines for representing your business on Google. We may decline or stop any request that could get your profile suspended.

If Google suspends the profile or changes its policies or display, we will help with reinstatement and appeals, but this is outside our control and is not a breach of our agreement.

06Ownership of accounts and content

Your Google Business Profile and every account tied to your business belong entirely to you, during and after the subscription. On cancellation we hand over any access and remove ours if you ask.

Content we write or produce for your business (descriptions, posts, area pages) is yours to use once paid for. Our internal tools and methods, and the content of this website, belong to Sabat Fly and Sabatak.

07Pricing and payment

Prices shown in the plans are in Egyptian pounds and are paid monthly in advance. Work starts once payment is confirmed.

We may change prices in future. Any change is announced at least 14 days before your renewal date and never applies to a period already paid for.

08Subscription term and cancellation

There are no long contracts. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may end a subscription after notifying you if these terms are materially breached, for example by requests that break Google's policies or by non-payment.

09Confidentiality

We treat your business data, figures and account access as confidential and share them only as far as needed to deliver the service. We will not publish your business name or results as a case study without your consent. See the Privacy Policy.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service does not exceed what you paid us for the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect losses, for outcomes of Google's decisions, or for inaccurate information supplied by the client.

11Use of this website

Articles and guides on the blog are general information, not advice tailored to your business. Copying or republishing site content without written permission is not allowed; short quotes with credit and a link to the page are welcome.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first; failing that, the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the last-updated date appears at the top of the page. Active clients are notified of material changes before they take effect.
