Refund & Cancellation Policy

01How billing works

All plans are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance and renewed automatically on the same day each month. Each paid month covers the work carried out during it.

02Cancelling

• Cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at 01550065500 or emailing support@sabatak.com.
• Send your request at least 3 days before your renewal date so the next month is not charged.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and we complete the agreed work until its last day.
• There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

03When you get a refund

• Before work starts: cancel within 3 days of your first payment and before we begin any work on your profile, and you get a full refund.
• Service not delivered: if we fail to deliver the work in your plan during the month for reasons on our side, we refund the undelivered part or add free time, your choice.
• Duplicate or mistaken charge: refunded in full once confirmed.

04When a refund does not apply

• The current month once work has actually started, since much of the work (analysis, profile setup, citations) happens in the first days of the month.
• Not reaching a specific position within a specific time, since Google decides rankings and we do not guarantee them, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
• Profile suspension by Google caused by information or practices on the client's side.
• Delays caused by missing access or unanswered approval requests.

05Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you pay only the price difference for the days left in the month. Downgrades take effect from the start of the next month.

06How refunds are processed

Send your refund request with the payment date and method. We review it and reply within 3 business days, and approved amounts are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

07After you cancel

Your Google Business Profile is entirely yours. We send you a final performance report, remove our access if you ask, and all paid-for content remains yours.
