Privacy Policy

We collect as little data as possible and use it only to deliver our service and improve the site. This page explains exactly what and how.

سياسة الخصوصيةLast updated:

01Scope

This policy covers fly.sabatak.com, your contact with us by WhatsApp, email or phone, and the data we handle while delivering our services. Sabat Fly is operated by Sabatak, which is responsible for your data.

02Data we collect

  • Contact details: name, phone or WhatsApp number and email, when you contact us yourself.
  • Business details: business name, service area or address, category, photos, and the Google Business Profile information you share with us.
  • Account access: Manager access to your Google Business Profile. We never ask for your Google account password.
  • Usage data: aggregated technical information about your visit, such as pages, device and approximate city, via analytics tools.

03How we use it

  • Replying to your enquiries and providing the free review of your current ranking.
  • Delivering the agreed services and sending regular reports.
  • Issuing invoices and tracking payments.
  • Understanding how visitors use the site, improving it, and measuring our campaigns.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

04Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and third-party measurement tools, loaded after the page finishes loading:

  • Google Analytics 4: aggregated statistics on visits and pages.
  • Microsoft Clarity: interaction heatmaps and anonymized session recordings to improve usability.
  • Meta Pixel: measuring our ads on Facebook and Instagram, including clicks on WhatsApp and call buttons.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site will keep working normally.

05Who we share it with

We share data only as far as needed with:

  • Google: when publishing and updating your business details on your Google Business Profile, which are public by nature.
  • Local directories: your business name, address and phone (NAP) when listing it as part of the citations service.
  • Service providers: analytics, hosting and communication tools (such as WhatsApp and email), each bound by its own privacy policy.
  • Authorities: where required by law.

06Data security

Access to your data is limited to the team working on your account, and we use Google's official access roles instead of shared passwords. That said, no method of transmission or storage online is 100% secure.

07Retention

We keep client data for the length of the subscription and for up to 24 months after it ends for accounting and follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it or the law requires longer. Enquiry conversations that do not lead to a subscription are deleted within 12 months.

08Your rights

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to:

  • Know what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct any inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data or stop processing it.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.

Send your request to support@sabatak.com and we will reply within 14 business days.

Our services are aimed at businesses and their owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
